Stadium Scoring: Games not loading

“Please note: Stadium Scoring is being decommissioned on 31 December 2019. Please contact your association to arrange a transition to Courtside.”

If your games are not appearing when you load Stadium Scoring, please run through the following checklist:  

  1. Check internet connection (open a browser and try and load a webpage)
  2. Check that the SS computer has the correct system date
  3. Ensure that the games are configured to be used for SS in FIBA Organizer
  4. Ensure that games have correct dates, times and courts/venues
  5. Check that the 'days to upload' field in Upload to Web > Stadium Scoring Sync > Setup screen encompasses the current date
  6. Double-check that the SS terminal is correctly configured
  7. Ensure that your Stadium Scoring Sync username/password matches with your Membership Sync username/password
  8. Ensure you have done a successful Membership Sync

If you have tested all of these steps, please submit a request, including the Stadium Scoring Venue ID and Setup Key.
